Han Ga-In has starred in numerous Korean dramas and also appeared in a number of commercials. She is famous for a seductive husky voice, large expressive eyes and her cute nose.

Profile of Han Ga-In
Han Ga-In (韩佳人/ 한가인) was born in the South Korean capital Seoul on February 2nd 1982 under the aquarious star sign with the birth name of Kim Hyun Joo. She completed her studies at the Kyung Hee University where she majored in tourism and hotel management. Coincidentally there is another older Korean actress with a very similar birth name which we speculate is the reason why she adopted the name Han Ga In. I am unsure what the meaning of the name is in Korean, however in Chinese the Han (韩) is the same Han that we use for the country Korean. Ga (佳) can mean good or beautiful and In (人) means person but when constructed together with Ga it becomes feminine. So in Chinese at least and possibly Hanja her adopted name is likely to mean the beautiful korean lady or beauty of korea. As Korean Hanja is derived from Chinese, this is likely to be the intentional meaning of her chosen name.
In the year 2002, at the age of 20 she made her acting debut in the KBC series Sunshine Hunting and also starred in her first set of commercials for Asiana Airlines. Since Asiana, she has starred in numerous adverts and commercials for different companies such as Mamonde, Danahan, Hausen, Pantene and Yakult.
In 2003 she played the character Jo Sun Joo in the Yellow Handkerchief KBC series where she met her future husband to be Yun Joon Hoon. In this year both won the KBC best new actor and actress awards.
In 2004 she played the lead actress in the KBC series Terms of Endearment and also the lead actress in the movie The Spirit of Jeet Kune Do. In 2005 she played the role of Lee Mi Ok as the main actress in the MBC series Super Rookie.
In 2005, at the age of age of 23 she married Yun Joon Hoon. She has continued to act and model since then and has starred in Dr Gang in 2006 and more recently Witch Yoo Hee in 2007.
In addition to romantic comedies and the occasional movie Han Ga In has also featured in 3 music videos, in each case essentially short stories accompanying a sad song. Click here for details.
